Bored of water? Stay hydrated with these products!

Water is the best way to rehydrate your body. Sodas, iced tea, coffee, and other drinks that contain caffeine are second best to good old-fashioned water when you're trying to stay hydrated. As for other sources of hydration, many fruits and other foods contain water. Listed below are a few ways to stay hydrated, other than drinking water.

Watermelon
The name of the fruit says it all. Watermelon is one of the best sources of water. It is said that 92% of any watermelon consist of water. So you can eat it or squash it for a juice. This fruit is a winner either way. The summertime staple is also a good source of potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C.


Coconut Water
Coconut Water is the most common source of hydration after water. Unlike sports beverages, coconut water is low in carbohydrates, while still rich in potassium and its unsweetened varieties can be very hydrating. One coconut is enough to keep you hydrated for a few hours. It is also beneficial for your skin and hair.

Lettuce
Iceberg lettuce may be 96 percent water, a very rarely known fact. Combining lettuce with your sandwiches, salads or eating it with a dip might help you feel hydrate. Crunchy lettuce with a few yogurt dips is an ideal breakfast  option.

Cucumber
Cucumber helps you stay cool. Composed of 96 percent water, cucumber has no saturated fat or cholesterol, and is very high in vitamin K, vitamin B6 and iron. Slice it, dice it or eat it with chaat masala, this one can be had on the go as well as part of a meal.
