Break Traditions With These Unconventional Rakhi Gifts

This Raksha Bandhan, why don't you break the ice with your sibling with some of these slightly unconventional and (maybe) weird food gifts. Or you could say that this is a small list of things I'd wish to get if I had a brother.

Bira Hot Sauce

I know this is a really weird one. But add some tadka to your sibling bond with this Bira hot sauce. Imagine your sister, super excited after seeing the Bira logo, only to find hot sauce! I think it makes a wonderful troll gift (plus a pretty bottle). Also, who doesn’t love a good hot sauce?

Mead

Chuck the beers and have a Mead with your sister. Do you know how amazing it is to have a sibling you can share a drink with? It’s even better if you get to try a new drink TOGETHER! Mead is an alcoholic drink made of fermented honey and water. It tastes amazing. If you can’t find it anywhere right now, celebrate your rakhi a couple days later when Moonshine Meadery starts shipping pints to bars in Mumbai. Mead gives you no hangovers. You’ll be a good influence on your sister. Finally! Yay!

Gin & Tonic Marmalade

You know, I realised that we offer you a lot of boozy suggestions. Can’t help it, it’s always a good idea to relax and we promote chilling. Relive your childhood breakfasts and tiffins as you spread this grown-up marmalade on bread and share it with your sister. It’ll be just like when you were kids, but with a reminder that you’re old enough to drink now. Celebrate adulthood with the one who's been through it all with you. Celebrate your little monster.

Which one do you like the most? Let us know what weird gift you gave to your sister.
