Four transgenders offer prayers at Sabarimala temple
A group of four transgenders who wanted to visit the Sabarimala shrine were stopped by the police who said that there was no clarity on the issue and they couldn't risk any violence. However, after getting the necessary permissions the devotees completed their journey and offered prayers at the shrine. 

Cyclone Pethai causes fish rain in Andhra Pradesh
Residents of Amalapuram in Andhra Pradesh were in for a surprise when Cyclone Pethai caused a fish rain. People came out to see live fish lying all over the area surrounding the municipal school. Such incidents happen when strong winds of cyclonic storms pick up these creatures from water bodies and drop them on the land. 

T-Pain accused of plagiarizing Aashiqui 2 song Tum Hi Ho
American rapper T-Pain has been accused of plagiarising a flute melody in his song 'That's yo money' The flute melody is the same as Arijit Singh's popular song Tum Hi Ho from the movie Aashiqui 2. T-series who owns the rights for the video filed a copyright infringement complaint and the video was taken down by youtube.

Ranveer Singh gatecrashes a wedding in Mumbai
Ranveer Singh was promoting his upcoming film Simbaa in a Mumbai hotel when he learnt that there was a wedding happening there. Without thinking twice, Ranveer crashed the wedding and surprised the bride and groom. He met the guests and clicked pictures with almost everyone from the wedding.
