Here's How you can up your Water game this Summer

Infused water is something that is trending and has shown many benefits generally towards life. Water in itself has ample of benefits and drinking infused adds the minerals and nutrients from the other ingredients also without cooking or any additional effort.

Spicy Pineapple Jalapeno
This type of infused water is for the winters, when everyone is busy opting for tea and coffee we tend to forget how actually dehydrating it is for our bodies and does not help our health in any way. Instead shifting to infused water like this one will keep you warm and also hydrated from the dryness of the winter.

Mandarin Orange
We tend to buy oranges in bulk and then are unable to eat them, the best way to use them is turning them into infused water. The vitamin C in the oranges is extremely good for skin and a citrusy taste of the water will leave you wanting more and quenching your thirst.

Cucumber Lemon Cilantro
These are the ingredients which are found easily in your refrigerator and are the most perfect combination for staying hydrated in the summer. The dryness in the summer heat leaves you sweating and dehydrated and with some flavor to sip on one enjoys these easy to find things in the water.

Watermelon and Basil
Since it’s the summer season and watermelon is available in bulk we are not able to finish the entire fruit and then most of it goes to waste. In situations like these one should just cut large chunks and add them in the water and drink that water throughout the day. Another great idea is to make ice cubes out of them.
