Khow Suey is a Burmese one pot dish of a curried broth soup with boiled noodles and a very interesting combination of condiments that can be customised to your liking. It’s a fun family meal to have with each making their own bowl of deliciousness.
It’s a dish to experiment with and enjoyed steaming hot! Khow Suey is made with a delicately spiced coconut milk sauce and is served up with an array of different contrasting condiments/toppings that takes this dish to the next level and give it a burst of amazing flavours. They will be sharing the recipe of an authentic curried soup and also the not so authentic Indianised version.
The workshop will teach you to create 12 wonderful condiments and combinations that simply elevate the dish to another level. All done from scratch. So, get ready to leanr this Burmese dish
