is a Craft Beer, Food and Music Festival. It’s the first true Craft Beer festival in India. There have been other Beer Festivals around, but nothing as delicious as this one. If you’re anywhere around Pune, this is where you should be on Sunday (9th September). Enjoy a tipsy time with your friends in the presence of fun games, good food and good music.
Now let’s move on to the line-up,
There are going to be 50 craft beers on tap out of which there’s going to be 24 new brews that Pune has never tasted before! Here’s a list of what you are going to find.
Don’t forget to try the Meads at Moonshine Meadery
, they’ve been creating a lot of buzz recently. (Comment if you catch the pun)
Moving on to the food that you’ll find to accompany your drink. These are some of the best ‘chill’ meals in Pune and Mumbai. You can have meaty pavs at Pack-a-Pav
, chicken golgappas at The Fromagerie
and Brazilian street-style food at Boteco
. Don’t worry vegetarians, there’s going to be a lot of cheesy gooey sandwiches and Asian bowls for you as well (I just like writing about meat because I’m a crazy non-vegetarian Bengali)
Once you’re happy with your drink in one hand and food in the other, go and sway to the tunes of these Blues and Jazz artists- The Bombay Jazz Club
, The Moonstruck Project
, and if jazz is not your jam then wait for The Many Roots Ensemble
and enjoy some hip-hop, funk, folk and African music.
Don’t forget to walk around the lawn and take part in the beer pong and sumo wrestling championships. There’s going to be beer Jenga and mini golf and so many more games. Just don’t miss out, okay?
P.S. There’s going to be a kids playing area (along with arts and crafts workshops) as well, so don’t worry about having to leave them behind, or having to miss out because you have to take care of the little monsters.
