We've Got You Some Monsoon Food Hacks To Keep You Healthy This Season!!

Monsoons are cosy when you’re ‘chilling’ at home with a cup of coffee while watching it pour from your window. However, it can be very pesky if you’ve to step out when it’s pouring cats and dog and when you’re drenched.
To make life easier during monsoons, here are some easy hacks you can follow.

 

Immunity- It’s quite easy to fall sick during monsoons and to keep your immunity intact one should sip on a cup of lime water with honey and ginger in it to keep infections at bay.

Antioxidants- Eat plenty of foods like apples, pomegranates and pears which are seasonal and help you stay healthier than indulging in unhealthy and greasy snacks

Spices- Include turmeric, almonds, bitter gourd, methi leaves and seeds, brown rice, oats, barley etc. in your daily meals as they all have major medicinal value which helps fight bacteria.

Nuts- Include lots of walnuts, almonds, prunes and dates in your monsoon diet. These are rich sources of energy and antioxidants, and boost immunity.
