Authorities Ask Georgians To Kill The Fish That Can Breathe On Land

A predatory fish with razor-sharp teeth that can survive and travel on land was caught by an angler in Georgia earlier this month. Authorities identified the fish to be a snakehead fish that is fully capable of surviving on land and can outlive most native wildlife. They eat mostly other fish, but also amphibians, small animals, frogs, lizards and the like which is why they pose a threat to local wildlife and authorities have asked it to be killed immediately.
