You’ve heard it right, Paradise is synonymous to biryani.
Biryani is not just a food option for Hyderabad, rather it’s a religion. Hyderabadi’s vouch for the authenticity, served in every handi of freshly made biryani. While each biryani has its own loyalists, and there would always remain a healthy bout as in which place serves the best one; to us Paradise takes the cake.
An iconic set up since 1953, Paradise is satiating the love for sumptuous biryani, all over. The twin cities have tasted the love that doles out of the kitchens of this legendary Biryani joint, for over years now.
Have We Been There?
Yes, of course. Being a Hyderabadi, if we haven’t been to Paradise for a plate full of yumminess, then it’s not being a true to the place.
Tell Me More
Paradise was just a small-time eatery, when it was incepted in 1953. Gradually, it started spreading its wings, with family restaurants and take away counters. At present, Paradise has over 13 food courts in Hyderabad, with branches in Bengaluru, Chennai, Vishakhapatnam and Guntur. The good news for all the gourmands is that the famous Paradise Biryani is now available at the swanky new airport, ready to travel long or short distances, in neat vacuum-sealed packs, that keep the heat and flavours sealed in for hours!
Food & Ambience
Food at any Paradise joint, across the city, serves biryani par excellence. The taste is consistent throughout. Along with the regular chicken, mutton, egg or veg. biryani, you can also taste the special biryani, which is a rare combination of chicken and lamb with saffron. If you’re walking in with a huge gang, then you should definitely go for the Special Supreme Biryani, which is a magnificent, extra-large portion of this sumptuous rice dish. You can’t really expect a menu with just biryani options. There are loads of other yumminess, like North Indian and Chinese varieties, to choose from. And don’t forget to gobble down these, with a glass of chilled cola.
The ambience at Paradise food courts are mostly similar in all locations. With huge crowd pouring in all through the day, the seating sections are divided into floors. The tables are laid close by, to accommodate more number of guests, each time. The service is super-fast, and the staff is very cordial, here. This adds to your experience at Paradise.
The consistency and flavours of Paradise, over the years, has won it many accolades. Having won several food honours, which stands as a testament to their efforts to consistently serving the world's favourite Biryani.
