Biryani Or Bae? Woman Leaves Husband For Eating Biryani

Not an extra-marital affair, or domestic violence, but something as delicious as Biryani led to an almost a broken marriage

Biryani or Bae? Sometimes it's a tough call and it can rip your happiness to shreds. That's exactly what has happened with Bengaluru resident, Raju Sarkar, an ardent biryani lover. His cravings for this Nizami rice dish landed him in a lot of trouble. This might sound hilarious to others but he was left devasted.

It so happened, that the husband (Raju Sarkar) bought a pack of biryani for dinner. Anita Sarkar, Raju's six-month pregnant wife could not bear the smell of the dish while she looked at him and their son eating and so went to sleep without having dinner. The next day, after Raju left for work, Anita tucked Rs. 12000 in her purse and left home without informing anyone. Only after not getting through her whereabouts for two days, the worried husband lodged a missing report in the local police station.

The local media reported that the couple had gotten into a tiff over the chicken biryani that Raju had bought. After watching her son and husband relish the biryani, Anita picked a quarrel with Raju. She warned Raju that as a vegetarian, she could not stand the smell of chicken inside the house. In her medical condition, leaving the house without informing anyone made the situation worse.

However, after a couple of days, she called her husband to inform him that she had gone to her native house in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. This helped the disturbed husband to track her back home after this weird disastrous incident.

Can you imagine? Not an extra-marital affair, or domestic violence, or sexual abuse… but something as delicious as Biryani led to an almost a broken marriage? So, choose between your food options or your bae very cleverly because you never know what might happen.
