Soon Mumbai is going to be 24/7 city if the BMC plan for Mumbai gets a police go-ahead.

Soon Mumbai is going to be 24/7 city if the BMC plan for Mumbai gets a police go-ahead. So everyone who was dreaming of going shopping in the middle of the night or wanted to go for dinner at the last moment without any planning can still hit the malls without worrying about it being shut.
The civic body has written to the police commissioner seeking opinion over allowing 31 malls and four popular spots to remain open 24/7.

The Bill was passed in order to also make safety higher in a fast moving city like Mumbai. The outcome of this is expected to make women-driven businesses to get a boost from this move. At least five lakh new licences are estimated to be issued under the act in the near future.

The main hotshots spots in Mumbai is where this is going to be applicable first like area around Churchgate Station, CST, areas near airports and around The Gateway of India will remain open if everything gets approved.
