The Mango season is going on in full swing and the entire city is drowning in mangoes. The Grand Hyatt# is celebrating the Mango Madness where they are serving a specialised mango infused dishes all month. The dishes are going to be available at the Lobby Lounge and the Gourmet Store all through May.

The menu is beautifully curated and has different options available at both the eateries. At the Lobby Lounge you’ll find dishes like: fresh mango rasam, mango arugula and feta cheese salad, mango spicy corn treasure, salmon and potato Arachne with spicy mango dip, Cajun prawn with mango and lime coconut salsa, grilled chicken satay with mango peanut dipping sauce, classic mango crème Brule and many more.
At the Gourmet Store you’ll find: Mango pistachio saffron cake, signature mango short cake, mango chocolate cake, mango cheese cake, mango chocolate tarts, Alphonso cupcake with mongonsa frosting, kachi keri pralines and lots more.
If you’re not already drooling then you will once you look at the dishes. So stop contemplating and go hog on the wonderfully curated dishes.
