Fadnavis, Ajit Pawar Take The Cake In Maharashtra Government Power Struggle

Mere hours after final motions for Shiv Sena, NCP, and Congress coalition government in Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar were sworn in as Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister respectively at 5:47 am this morning. This marks the end of the fortnight-long President's Rule over the state that came into effect after BJP and Shiv Sena's falling out despite a clear majority win. Sharad Pawar quickly took to Twitter to denounce his nephew's actions, stating that Ajit took action independently and did not represent or carry the endorsement of NCP.
