Apart from the Signatures like the Smoked Mutton Kheema Samosas, Raan in Red Masala and Malai Khaja, they even have the recent dish that’s made it to their hall of fame – The White Chicken Dum Biryani.

On Saturday, 31st March, The Bohri Kitchen# has decided to March to the other end of the sea link! They are coming to Bandra at Kaitlyn’s with a menu that promises to send you in a bohri food coma.

The Bohri Kitchen is an experiential lunch concept that’s started by a mother-son duo – Munaf & Nafisa Kapadia – with an intention to throw some spotlight on this lesser known community and the cuisine it offers. 
Apart from the Signatures like the Smoked Mutton Kheema Samosas, Raan in Red Masala and Malai Khaja, they even have the recent dish that’s made it to their hall of fame – The White Chicken Dum Biryani.

The Spread

Kharaas (Savoury Dishes)
Smoked Mutton Kheema Samosas – The TBK Signature - Crunchy Patti Samosas stuffed with Smoked Minced Kheema, Coriander & Spring Onions.
Chicken Cheese Shahi Rolls - Minced chicken seekh stuffed with cheese, bread crumbed and deep fried in love.  
Raan in Red Masala – 1-1.5 kg of lamb leg marinated for 48 hours and cooked with special masalas for over 3 hours. Garnished with salli wafers and coriander. 

Meethas (Sweet Dish)
Malai Khaja – The traditional Bohri pastry stuffed with fresh malai. 

Jaman (Main Course) 
Incredibly Dum White Chicken Biryani – Our classic biryani cooked in a layered style with white Afghani masalas. You will have surprises in the form small roasted potatoes

Saancha Ice cream 
Paan

Condiments
Khajur & Dryfruit Chutney 
Pineapple & Boondi Raita
Green Chutney & Limbu
