Mangoes are the king of fruits and also the National fruit for Indians. With summer upon us our households and surroundings are filled with mangoes suddenly.

And eating the same fruit the same way every day for the entire summer is quite boring to be honest. Here are a few ways how you can eat them every day differently and quirk up your day.

Mango Salsa- Chop mangoes and mix them up with some red onions, jalapenos, cilantros and lime juice. You can eat this salsa with your fish, chicken, shrimp or pork. You can even eat it as a dip with chips for snacking and can also add it over toasted bread and eat it like a bruschetta.

Mango Tea- This is perfect to beat the heat. All you have to do is slice the mangoes and freeze them and then make some flavored iced tea and add chunks of the frozen fruit to them to get a nice sweet mango tea. It’ll refresh you right away.

Mango Pancakes- Ditch those artificial syrups this summer. Whip up some of the regular pancake mix and add mangoes to it. It’ll up your game from those regular plain or blueberry pancakes and add a nice touch to your breakfast.

Mango Parfait- Perfect for a healthy and fruitful breakfast, layer up some low fat vanilla yogurt and whole grain granola with mango pieces and then to top it up add some tossed nuts and you’ve made yourself a healthy breakfast which will also satisfy your sweet tooth.
