With this list, you can drink all through the week and not have to call in sick because of a crappy hangover!

Melt Away

The drink as melting as the name. Blended with coconut water and aloe-vera liqueur, this is the ultimate cocktail refresher. The greenish tinge from the aloe-vera liqueur gives the sipper a fresh feel. The four ounces of coconut water in the drink is a great way to keep yourself hydrated even while you're boozing through the day.

Green Isaac's Special

Yet another coconut water-based cocktail. This low-ABV (alcohol by volume) cocktail infused with green tea is high in antioxidants and a great alternative to water. So, why go for just H2O, when you can keep yourself hydrated with your love for booze. This tea-laced sipper offers a wholesome option for your drinking habit.

Chrysanthemum

This cocktail is a blend of dry vermouth and Bénédictine (both low-alcohol spirits) for an elegant, aromatic tipple. Give your body a skip from the boozier drinks and pick up a glass of the Chrysanthemum cocktail, and you won't pass-out even after three dashes of this one.

Tropicália Cooler

This refreshing cocktail is a perfect recipe for hydration. A combination of low ABV liqueur, citrusy flavours of IPA with banana liqueur, pumps this drink, that you'd want to sip, all day long. Having lemon juice, which is high in calcium and potassium, helps bring balance to your body's pH and fluid levels when combined with salt. And if you're a craft beer lover turning to the dark side, you'll feel right at home with the ounce of IPA syrup this cocktail contains.

Grog

This is more of a drink of the sailors of the British Royal Navy. This mariner's drink keeps them sober, free of scurvy and hydrated. With a shot of water mixed into the base, a good dash lime, and natural sugar, this classic Grog cocktail gives your body more electrolytes than you would get from an energy drink!

Healthy, hydrating, alcoholic and yet delicious, what more do you want in your drink? But again, drinking too much of is unhealthy, but if you HAVE to sip on something, these are great to start with.
