This workshop will teach you how to make assorted chocolates like a professional. You will learn: 
Soft centres, Hard centres, liquor centres, Sticky centres. Printed chocolate, rich chocolate barks, bounty bars, use of transfer sheet and many more flavours and variations. In total you’ll be learning 20 types of items.
Also:  wrapping and packing of chocolates, how to mould and demould the chocolate, how to colour chocolate, different techniques and textures, how to temper chocolate
