Lilt - The New  Yakuza Style Asian Bar Room [Newly Opened]

new restaurant alert

Guess what, there’s a whole new place to park your “tired from work” body and to forget everything you’ve wanted to complain about.

Lilt is here with some Asian fusion pizazz that will make you want to leave your seat and look around the entire bar to just soak in every detail that has been laid there for you to notice.

Taking over the space that used to hold “Summer House Cafe”, Lilt is located beautifully in Lower Parel, in Mathurdas Mills compound. The same area as Todi Mills Social, except Lilt is closer to the gate and that means lesser walking for something new.

The Lilt Barroom has three stations that will cater to your every demand. One for the food that you desperately want to try, one for the drinks that will leave you high but not dry and one space to feed your soul with entertainment.

The food here follows the current trend of fusion, so be prepared to taste the Oriental cuisine with an Indian Twist added to every plate that makes its way to you. They call their food the ‘Eclectic Oriental’, and they guarantee that it’ll excite your taste buds.
Having seen them on their opening night, we can’t wait to go try out their food and review it for you.

One of the major highlights of the place is its decor, it has a very Japanese mafia style a.k.a the Yakuza. Dimly lit, edgy furniture, the geometric counters and partitions, feel very Hip Mafia-like. Let’s not forget the wall behind the bar, it’s The Wall- it had bi-pyramids (3D diamond-like shapes) on the wall, which keeps spinning, slow enough for you to make out the expensive bottles of alcohol that they held within them. That is one hell of a wall!

If you get the time, try it out. Something new is always fun.

Location: Mathurdas Mills Compound, Lower Parel. Click for directions.
Call: 022 30151269
Cost for two: INR 1500 | INR 250 for a pint of beer
