##HIGHLIGHTEDTEXT## presents a Mindfulness Meditation workshop, that’ll get you acquainted with the beautifully peaceful practice of mindfulness. The group session will involve how to become aware of one’s emotional distress, disappointments and pain and learn to deal with it. There’ll be simple mindfulness practices that will be taught at the session, which you can make a part of your everyday routines and imbibe in you in order to bring you joy and relief.
