Supreme court: "Can't reveal rape victim's names. Society treats them like untouchables"
The Supreme court has made it clear that the names of rape victims and victims of sexual assault cannot be disclosed even in a remote manner.  The bench also said that Instead of empathising with the victim, society starts treating her as an untouchable and worse than the perpetrator of the crime.
