Veer Nariman Road, Ballard Pier and Horniman Circle are the areas chosen to be where eatery, entertainment spots as well as pubs can remain open throughout the night. The decision to keep nightlife opened came recently after the first decision which permitted shops, malls and other commercial establishments to remain open. But with the government choosing the residential-free areas, seems like the decision might work.
