The Bohri Kitchen is an experimental lunch concept where they invite at maximum 25 guests to their home for a mouth-watering 6-7 course Bohri meal. Apart from their signatures like the Smoked Mutton Kheema Samosas, Raan in Red Masala and Malai Khaja, they even have the recent dish that’s made it to the hall of fame – The White Chicken Dum Biryani - TBK's classic biryani cooked in a layered style with white Afghani masalas.
