Sandeep Shahi is a head constable in the Delhi traffic police and he has dedicated his life to promoting road safety. After Shahi realized that rap is an ideal tool of connecting with people and especially the youth, he made is own version of the hit song ‘Apna Time Ayega’ from the film Gully Boy.
