This Exorcist Performs An Exorcism Through WhatsApp!

You’d hardly imagine an exorcism performed over WhatsApp! That may just be the in-thing! Bingedaily spoke to Carol Dao, a modern-day exorcist.

The phone rings. It’s the dead of the night. Being an exorcist, I do get a lot of unusual calls, but whoever would be calling now? I really need some sleep. I turn over in bed and let it keep ringing, hoping whoever it is will stop. They don’t. Exasperated, I answer it. A desperate voice at the other end, whispering into the receiver says “I need you to come over right now. My friend seems to be sleepwalking around the house.” I wonder what’s so bizarre about someone sleepwalking. The voice answers my doubts, “She died years ago.”

The picture in your mind of an exorcism would typically be a slim peasant faced man, writhing in agony as he chanted in foreign languages, and destroyed the room in a matter of seconds, filled with the powers of the devil. A priest stands over him, firm in belief, performing an adjuration addressed to the evil spirits, commanding them to leave the man. You’d hardly ever imagine an exorcism being performed over WhatsApp! Well, that’s a hint to what modern-day exorcism might actually entail. Bingedaily spoke to Carol Dao, an international healer and the founder of H.U.E International Organization. She identifies as a master of spirit releasement, channelling, and hypnosis.

Superstitions or reality? An exorcist makes a choice

We probed a little to find out if exorcists are hard-core realists or believers in superstitions. Carol says the latter. “In the Vietnamese culture, we have some superstitions. The signs were always there from repeating numbers, feathers, to certain people in my path to gift me awareness.” She says she never really paid attention to these signs until the compounded presentations of feathers were so blatant, she couldn’t ignore it anymore. “Underneath my windshield wipers, stuck between my car handle, floating down onto my lap as I sat in my room, which doesn’t have any feather down items or bedding.”

These feathers had an arrival time that was synced with important events in her life. “I was too busy focusing on making money and living the ‘Southern California beach and brunch’ lifestyle. The feathers started getting very prominent around the same time that my Dad had to undergo surgery. I’m pretty sure my spirit guides and angels were tired of trying to get my attention. To put it in a nutshell, the feathers, coupled with me finally noticing them and a dream, helped me save my Dad’s life.”

The journey to becoming an exorcist

Well, an exorcist isn’t something a kid writes down on his ‘What do you want to be when you grow up?’. Likewise with Carol, who says she didn’t ever consciously want to be an exorcist. Ironically, she was always afraid of dark and scary movies, chuckling that it was Freddy Krueger to blame. How did this little girl, who was afraid of the dark, go on to own it?

A mortgager, Carol was content with her work life and seldom thought she’d change paths. It was on June 2, 2015, that she had her second calling to be an exorcist. “I remember this date because it was my Mother’s birthday. I had just left my mortgage company, my manager and my team - a life I would never have thought of giving up. There were mixed feelings of fear and gratitude as I didn’t know what was next but could sense internally this was the only way to move forward. If I stayed on the path of ‘Mortgage Carol,’ I would have been in a constant state of resistance to my true calling.”

“I get a sense within me to contact certain people”

Carol says whenever someone prays to their God, be it Jesus, Allah, Buddha, she shows up within a couple of days. She’s noticed this pattern since the last 3 years. “I get a sense or feeling within me to call or contact certain people I know, or maybe have met just once in my life. For instance, at the onset of 2020, I contacted a person in Italy, out of the blue. It turns out he had been praying to Ave Maria and Jesus to release the demons out of him earlier that day. His family is very intuitive and has a string of dark magic linking them. As he listened to a Youtube video on how to release demons in a bath, I performed an exorcism via Whatsapp.”

This was her second exorcism via WhatsApp with Italians.

She narrates another occurrence when a woman in her sixties, who was an alcoholic and in a toxic relationship, got down on her knees one evening to pray to God. “The next day, she was Divinely led to a drum circle I was attending (where I was Divinely led to also). She was pulled energetically to sit next to me. I spent the next couple of days helping her release the excess, heavy, dark energies from her body. She’s now breaking the intergenerational traumas and behaviourism in her Native American family.”

“I would feel a presence at the foot of my bed”

As an exorcist, Carol is engaged in something others would fear. Is she sometimes frightened? She says yes. “I had two long term ex-boyfriends who loved scary movies. Since I was afraid of these, they would watch it once I fell off to sleep. That’s how scared I was of the dark forces. Yet, what I learned through these years and from clients is that the stronger you are spiritually, the more fear resides inside of you.”

She speaks of how many spiritually strong women and men are afraid of their own powers. Over time, she’s learned that these are the people who do not want to hurt anyone or anything. “It’s taken a lot of time, a lot of practice, and building up my own self-belief to get me to a point where I am not afraid of the dark anymore. I’m the person the boogeyman is afraid of now.”

However, this has taken a while. “In the beginning, I had to dig deep every time I heard a door creak or things fall down in another room of my house, or when I would feel a presence at the foot of my bed as I was about to drift off to sleep. This part of my journey was always supposed to be an alone one. There were times I wished for a partner, but I wouldn’t have been where I am today if I wasn’t one hundred per cent focused.”

Now? She says if she hears or senses movement in her house, she blasts the light from within her soul to fill every crevice of her being and space. “They should know they have no business anywhere near me. But sometimes they slip through, or portals open. Things happen, timelines are shifting. Have to roll with what is presented to you.”

Carol travels around our world to recharge in different energy vortexes and ley lines with the purpose of helping to elevate the light body and freedom for all. She is now a proud dog Mom of Aronia Dao.
