The menu includes pork-based dishes such as Pierogi (Polish dumplings made with mince, potato and nutmeg, served with dill-infused sour cream), Ginger Mirin Pork (made with Japanese white wine and ginger, served with rice and veggies) and Bacon Toffee Sauce and Croissant Pudding (a meaty twist to the classic bread pudding).
