Pack-a-pav in association with the Danda Food Project is doing the seventh edition of their The Global Pav with Friends# festival, where one gets to taste and try flavours from all around the world with a Mumbai twist of a Pav. Chefs Aditya Raghavan and Anandita Kamani are the hands behind the dinner pop-up series in Khar.

The idea of this event is to give you a taste of signature sandwiches from around the world by using Pav instead of basic breads.
The various kinds of flavours you’ll be coming across are:
Vietnamese Banh Mi- pork terrine, liver mousse, sriracha mayo, pickled carrot and daikon, fresh cucumber and fresh coriander
Chili Chili Bang Bang
Chicken hotdog, ol’ texas chilli, cheddar sause, potato chips
What A Load Of Bulgogi
Mutton and Mushroom Korean bulgogi, kimchi sauce and toasted sesame seeds
Queso, if you say so!
Mexican sauce of goat cheese and charred Bahnagiri chilli, roasted corn and potato patty, stewed onions and cornflakes
Sugar Pie Honey Bun
Pav bread pudding, cinnamon apple pie stuffing, pecan crumb(contains egg)
